Flat Rock — The underground storage tank containing heating oils believed to be the source of a chemical spill in Flat Rock last month is expected to be pulled from the site Friday afternoon, officials said.

The first set of tests indicated the tank was filled with "weather fuel oils," said Sean Kane, on-scene coordinator for the emergency response branch of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
