2022 Best Landscape and Lawn Care Companies to Work For

New Castle Lawn & Landscape was recently named as one of the 2022 Best Landscape and Lawn Care Companies to Work For. This inaugural awards program was created in 2022 and is a project of Lawn & Landscape and Best Companies Group.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment, benefiting the industry’s economy, its workforce, and businesses. The 2022 Best Landscape and Lawn Care Companies to Work For list is made up of 10 companies and New Castle was ranked #2!

“These companies exemplify the professionalism and excellence that the industry can provide,” says Brian Horn, editor, Lawn & Landscape magazine. “Lawn & Landscape is proud to acknowledge these businesses and tell some of their stories.”

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

Companies in the industry entered the two-part process to determine the Best Landscape and Lawn Care Companies to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.

New Castle Lawn & Landscape will be recognized in the June edition of Lawn & Landscape where the rankings will be revealed for the first time along with profiles of each winning company.
